How to order

As our client, you are able to "Place an order" through the HugBugs web-site, should you not wish to make use of our online web-shop facilities.After placing your order, clients need to confirm address and contact details for shipping and invoice purposes. Once details have been confirmed an e-mail will be sent, followed by a Pro Forma Invoice with our banking details. Goods will be despatched within 24 hrs, after payment reflects in the Bank account.
Payment of Order:
At present we are only accepting payments via EFT (Internet Banking), however, in the future we will be adding a Credit Card portal.
Placing an Order by Phone:
If you feel more comfortable or have questions regarding your purchase options, you can also give HugBugs a call on 072 171 6942 and we'll take your order over the phone. Should you reach our voicemail during business hours, our customer services representatives may be helping other customers, please leave a message with your contact details and we will return your call.
Delivery & Postage:
HugBugs makes use of designated courier services should you wish to have your order couriered. Other options available, also include Postal service, Counter to Counter, etc. depending on your budget and other considerations.
As a HugBugs client you can rest assured in knowing that your order is dispatched to you quickly and efficiently, and that you are going to receive your package as per your specifications.
You will receive tracking details (via email once shipped), meaning you can query your delivery at any stage. We recommend using a work address if you think you will not be at home, as someone will need to sign for the package on selection of the courier service.
24hr Delivery option for urgent orders:
Available product(s) ordered Monday to Friday before 12h00 (midday) will be couriered that same day (for next day delivery to your doorstep)
If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be shipped first thing the next working day. Please make sure to specify this option on order and you will have to accept the couriers quote first, before dispatching the order.
Please note: Deliveries are usually made in the morning before 12h00 (midday) working days Monday to Friday (and Saturdays at a nominal extra fee). Therefore orders placed on Friday before 12h00 (midday) can expect delivery first thing Monday morning (provided it is not a long weekend and Monday is a normal working day). Orders placed after 12h00 (midday) Friday and over the weekend (and up to 12h00 Monday) can expect delivery first thing Tuesday morning.
Goods that are available (in stock) are shipped /dispatched within 24hrs - for next day delivery where the delivery option is selected. If for any reason an item is out of stock or is on order, you will be immediately notified, and can expect to have the goods dispatched within 2 weeks - but realistically this is much quicker.
Saturday Deliveries:
For those placing an order before 12h00 (midday) on a Friday, you now have the option to have your order delivered the very next day (i.e. Saturday) at a nominal extra charge which will be quoted, above the normal overnight rate, for your acceptance before dispatch of the order.
So when you simply can’t wait till Monday to receive your package, select the “Saturday Express” and we’ll have it to you first thing in the morning - Saturday morning that is. (Excludes outlying areas)
